Refund policy

Should you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I am here to help. For any faulty goods I offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return it within 14 days for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch first via email briefly outlining why you wish to return your item. I will then email you an address label which will need to be printed and attached to the repackaged items to send it back.

The credit, exchange or refund will be initiated within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
